Yes. We own and operate our own crematorium. This means your loved one is never outsourced to a third party — they remain in our care from the moment we collect them until their ashes are returned to you. No. $1,499 is the complete price. We don't charge extra for out-of-hours collection, weekends, public holidays, or distance within metropolitan Melbourne.
